In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below
The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Deduction of Courier Charges:
These charges are for shipping the product to the customer. If a return is initiated, the customer may be entitled to a refund of the shipping cost, but the seller will deduct the initial shipping charge.
Deduction of Payment Gateway Charges:
These charges are incurred by the merchant for processing online payments. Payment gateways typically charge a percentage of the transaction amount.
Refund Initiation:
The refund process involves the merchant initiating the refund request with the payment gateway, which then forwards the request to the customer's bank for processing.
Refund Processing:
Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method, typically within a few days.
Example:
If a customer purchased a product for ₹500, paid ₹100 for shipping, and the payment gateway charge was ₹20, then the customer would receive a refund of ₹380 (₹500 - ₹100 - ₹20).
